If you placed and paid for your order before 13.00h it will be prepared the same day, and shipped out between 1 - 4 days maximum. 

Tracking number will be provided.

Free shipping in Belgium above 125euro.

Netherlands above 175euro.

Rest of Europe above 350euro.

UK above 350euro.

We do NOT refund pre-orders. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If the product is eligible for a refund, you will get a refund minus handling cost and restockfee of -5%. 

No refund label will be made, this is at your own cost.
